To work them out you reduce your birthdate to three single digits. This is the only time when you reduce any Master Numbers to a single digit.

To start, substract the month digit from the day digit (or the day digit from the month if the day number is higher). In the above example:

Then substract the day number from the year number (or the other way round , if necessary):
