As incredulous as it seems,I may have won the lottery from hell.....male,Caucasian,5 foot-7 inches,132 pounds,hair-reddish/brown..average length..no curl..clean shaven(no beard/no mustache)..no outstanding facial features whatsoever..no eyeglasses... age..hard to say..expressionless viz.no emotion..19-36.parts hair right to left/may be left handed.....light colored short sleeve shirt+dark trousers(not blue jeans)..owns a pair of darker green FULL LENGTH HIP-WADERS...farm/fishing???rural area..river 30 feet acrss,5 feet deep towards the middle+RIVER WATER WAS BROWN..you cannot see ANYTHING in the water..the bundle is yellowish/orange..it's possible he lives near this spot because he's come here three times and HE KNOWS there is nobody nearby when he's heading for the river......yepp....be careful what you wish for....yepp.
