I'm so confused

I get these spontaneous aches everywhere, I keep
hearing things (my name and everything else), cravings for food I absolutely hate, and things like that. My hands get really hot while the rest of me is freezing cold (and vise-versa)and a ear-splitting ringing noise in both my ears. I know if a teacher is going to be absent, if someone is going to call, and if something bad is going to happen. I'm just so confused to if I'm psychic or not. It's the only explanation I have, so if I'm not, I have no idea.
