I think im psychic with my dreams.. im only 12, so i dont know

Over the past 2 months, things have been happening to me that are strange... Every SINGLE day, i get some sort of deja vu. I dream about the most random things in the world, wake up-forget about it, then the next day it happens.
-I had a dream i was in my mom's bedroom, i turned on the tv, and it turned to house hunters, and showed a man and a woman. Same exact thing happened, and the people were wearing the same exact outfits that i imagined!
-I had a dream i was walking to recess, i dropped my cookie, then somebody stepped on it. same thing happened!! :(
-I had a dream, my friend Kelly and Sydney were playing tether-ball with me at recess. and this guy john and his friend Ryan were at the court behind us. i was losing, and i was playing Sydney, and Kelly was sitting down waiting for a turn. This happened, and they were wearing the same EXACT outfits, and hairstyles. And, we don't play tether-ball often, so it isn't a daily thing..
-Sometimes i just see something like for example a pencil, how it is positioned on top of something, then my mind stops. & i remember dreaming about that.
-sometimes just certain moments of my life, like how the cracks in the cement look, i have dream t about. There are like 20 different stories about this, way too many to type.
-I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but i have over-heard many convoys including my mom & dad discussing if they think i have OCD.
-I don't, I'm sure. because then i would know. but once my mom mentioned to me that I'm on the OCD side of being real close. I have this thing where i tell my dad i love him before going to bed, and i cannot sleep until he says i love you too. sometimes i have to wake him up in the middle of the night to make sure he answers. If he doesn't answer, i ALWAYS have nightmares those nights.

-Also, i am the best guesser there is. If somebody says pick a number between 1-20, i would most likely guess it, or come very close.
-example, this girl Ariana told me she liked a boy in miss Rizzos class. there are about 18 boys in that class. she is never near him so i have no idea what her body language shows around him. on my first guess, i got it right..
-But, i don't know if I'm psychic. if i am, i am just a little bit. Oh yeah, i almost forgot... Me and my friend Nicole experience the same thing with our frequent deja vu, in our dreams. Sometimes we even have the same dreams on the same night. Are we somehow psychically connected? Its just the weirdest thing, my mind like stops for a sec, it zooms back into my memory, and I'm like with? i dreamed about that LAST night!!
OMG i almost forgot! I had a nightmare where a creepy Asian lady holding a black umbrella popped out of the bushes and shoved me in her car and kidnapped me. This obviously didn't come true.. But it kinda did. 2 days later, i was walking home, i see an Asian lady i have never seen before on my very small street i have, holding a black umbrella, and she looks exactly the same! it wasn't even raining! she starts talking to me, in a creepy voice saying, how are you? i ran home.
