Guessing middle names - spot on

Ok, not sure how many peoples stories are real or not or how mine will sound but I can guess peoples middle names. Ive always thought of it as my party trick but lately Ive been thinking into it more and it freaks me out a little bit. I don't always get it right first time and I never let the person tell me what it is and sometimes it can be a couple of days later and a random name will just pop into my mind- ill get back in contact with them and it will be right. People tend to get really freaked out by it and say Ive seen their passport or something stupid like that, and now i don't like doing it as i feel a bit embarrassed.
Names aren't the only thing, I can often guess what someone is about to say and it almost always happens when I'm not really paying attention, I get vivid deja vu (not sure on spelling) and some really uneasy feelings in certain places, I used to work as a waitress and a two of the restaurants were listed as oldest buildings in that area, I would get the strongest feelings that their was someone else near me, some scared me and made me nervous, some didn't and I felt calm and peaceful. Me and my manager would play guessing games and he made me guess what the next customers would look like and I often guessed right, the first time this happened was with a whole family, I guessed what they were wearing and how many of them there were and next thing I know they walked in, freaked me out so much I had to go and sit downstairs. I felt like the more I was there the more it would happen and the stranger it got.
