Feelings, Dreams, Presences, and Full Bodied Figures out of the Corner of My Eye

Ok; I am 18 years old, and have a legacy of female psychic members of my family. My great-great grandmother, grand-mother, Nana, and myself have had experiences and the two earliest generations actually developed some abilities. My mother, on the other hand, has never told me anything about it. I occasionally have dreams: once or twice every two to three weeks about events that occur. Sometimes, when I am alone, most commonly when I am undressing or in the shower, I feel as though someone is watching me. I can feel a persons emotions, and tell when they are lying to me and generally guess their true intentions.

However, the thing that scares me the most, is the fact that I sometimes see people out of the corner of my eye, when in truth I know there cannot possibly be someone there. They are full bodied people, not just shadows.

The freshest incident in my mind: I was starting the car to go to school, as I got into the drivers seat, I turned my head and saw a man. He was in his 30s, short cut blond-brown hair, a light beard, a green sweatshirt with a winter coat over it and jeans. When I turned fully, he was not there. I got into the car, and shut the door (the windows were rolled up and I was still in the garage so it could not be the wind), about 10 seconds after I leaned against the seat I felt breath blowing against my ear. As if someone, sitting in the backseat, had leaned forward and blown against my hear, forcefully.
