Do I have psychic or any other abilities or am I just paranoid?

Okay so I am 15 almost 16, and for many years now have had many strange experiences. My family does not believe in psychics or anything else like them, so I have never told anyone of these experiences before.
One time my family and I went to some beach, and I went for a walk by myself. I found this huge and really really old house. It had a huge garden in the back yard and a long patio covered by a rose arbor. It was fall so all of the flowers were dead. When I was walking under the rose arbor I had a sort of vision where I saw my self walking under the rose arbor before when there were live roses all over it, and I was dressed in a beautiful dress that someone long ago would have worn. Then when I was walking in the garden I saw this woman kneeling in front of a statue, it looked like she was praying to it, but when I went closer she wasn't there. When I walked closer to the house I somehow knew what all of the rooms looked like in it and where they were, when I looked in the windows I found that I had been right. I was so scared after this happened, because I asked my parents if they had ever taken me there before and they said no. I never told them about the house though.
Other things have happened as well, such as; I can usually tell who is on the phone before I pick up, I know when someone is at my house without seeing or hearing them, and once I heard my mother say something in my head when I was near her, although this has never happened again. I can always tell when someone is unhappy, and usually can make them feel better. I can tell when someone is lying to me, and I know this because I will just know they are lying and later find out for sure. I feel like someone is watching me sometimes when I am alone, and when I like something a lot it always seems to become popular with everyone. A few years ago I started to wear boots all the time and now everyone where I live does, I became really interested in vampires and werewolves and suddenly everyone is, and once I researched something on witchcraft and my dad brought home a witchcraft movie to watch and my boyfriend started talking about witchcraft.
Many times I have these sorts of visions, almost always of me, but sometimes of others. They usually seem to be from the past before I was born, I see myself doing things I have never done and wearing clothes that are from centuries ago. Once I saw myself in a hospital holding a baby. Another recent one was of me at college. I had been planing on going to an online college, but suddenly I just thought of my grandmother who had wanted me to go away to college, I saw her telling me again that she wanted me to go away to college, and I saw myself at a college and staying in a dorm. So then I immediately started looking at colleges that I could go away to.
Another time I saw my boyfriend talking to some girl on facebook, and I suddenly knew that she liked him and she would end up going out with him soon. So like two weeks later the phone rang and I just knew that it was him and he was going to break up with me and he did. That girl started talking to him a lot more, even though he didn't seem to like her much, and I thought again that they were going to be boyfriend and girlfriend soon and sure enough a few days later they were together. I can meet people and as soon as they speak I can tell if I like them or not and whether or not they like me. I am not sure what to do about all of this, because I grew up not believing it could be true, so I am really worried that there might be something wrong with me. Please tell me what is going on, am I psychic or something or am I going crazy?
