Am i psychic?

Well, the first time i remember having a dream that actually happened was probably when i was 6, 7, or 8. I remember having a dream that every one was sitting on they're roof tops and there was water all over the place. people were crying and preying. i woke up not understanding the dream. So that morning was like any other day.. i wake up,get dressed, and while I'm eating breakfast, on the news it said that a hurricane called hurricane Katrina was going through the state of Louisiana. I remember telling my sister about that and she called me crazy. Almost every one i tell does. So about this year, I had a dream that me and my church went to Hawaii. All of the sudden, every thing started to shake and the waves started to shoot up and land on shore, and i remember falling and tripping and i woke up. And when ever i walk into a room i ca feel the emotion, i can finish peoples sentences, whenever i think of some one they call me the next minute. if anyone can be kind enough to tell me if im psychic or not thank you so much.
