Am I crazy or psychic?

Once when I went to the Chiricahua mountains with my friend and my dad my head started hurting and I saw a picture in my head of a man lying on the side of the mountain with a pool of blood under his head. I felt like I was going to throw up. I don't see that when I go there anymore, but I hear voices that my friend can't hear and I get the feeling that someone wants my help.
When I was really little I talked to these voices that only I could hear. They told me to go in certain rooms and I did what they said, but I didn't know why.
Now for some reason I sense three girls that go every where I go. It seems like one is about six, one is nine, and the oldest one is fifteen. I try to tell them to go away, but they follow me every where and tell me what to do. They laugh at me sometimes when I drop stuff or trip. I told my friend about this and she says I'm schitzophrenic, but I don't know.
